THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED AT THE JACKSON FEDERAL BUILDING, 915 SECOND AVE., SEATTLE, WA 98174-1009, BUILDING NUMBER WA0101ZZ. A. CHANGE: PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP) DELIVERY DATE IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM: JUNE 26, 2017 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2018 TO: JUNE 26, 2017 THROUGH JUNE 3, 2019. B. CONTRACT PRICE WILL REMAIN THE SAME AT $ 29,453.70. C. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. RELEASE OF CLAIMS: THE CONTRACTOR, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT, RELEASES THE GOVERNMENT FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR BY VIRTUE OF CONTRACT NUMBER GS-P-10-17-XA-0027 OR ANY MODIFICATION OR CHANGE THEREOF, AND AGREES THAT ALL SUBCONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS, VENDORS, DISTRIBUTORS AND OTHER BUSINESSES FOR WHICH MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, LABOR, SERVICES, AND OTHER ITEMS WERE OBTAINED FOR USE ON THIS PROJECT HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL. THE CONTRACTOR ALSO AGREES THAT ALL SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED BUILDING INFORMATION RECEIVED HAS EITHER BEEN RETURNED TO THE GOVERNMENT OR PROPERLY DISPOSED OF IN ACCORDANCE WITH GSA ORDER PBS 3490.2A.
