Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the rules governing refunds, subscription cancellations, trial access, and billing disputes for products and services provided by GETWAB INC. ("GETWAB", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), including FPDS Query and related Services.

By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

We provide a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

Monthly subscriptions are designed to offer flexible, short-term access without long-term commitment. Because of this, monthly payments are not refundable once a billing period has started.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

For users who prefer longer-term access, annual subscriptions may include prorated refund options as described below.

2. Free Trial and Promotional Access

We may offer a free trial or promotional access period for certain Services. Trial access is intended to allow users to evaluate the platform before purchasing a paid subscription.

If your trial converts into a paid subscription, billing will occur according to the pricing, timing, and subscription terms presented during checkout or account enrollment.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the end of the trial period if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

For monthly subscriptions, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access may continue until the end of the billing period already paid for.

For annual subscriptions, cancellation may make you eligible for a prorated refund for unused full days remaining in the active annual term, subject to this Refund Policy.

4. Annual Subscription Refunds (Prorated)

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the subscription period.

If you cancel an annual subscription, you may request a refund for the remaining unused time. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the number of full unused days remaining in your annual subscription term at the time the refund is approved.

Refunds for annual subscriptions are subject to the following conditions:

refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after cancellation, only unused full days are eligible for refund calculation, and any discounts, promotions, credits, taxes, adjustments, or prior account balances applied to the original purchase may be reflected in the final refund amount.

If a prorated refund is issued for an annual subscription, access to the applicable Service may be terminated immediately or adjusted to reflect the refunded period.

5. No Refunds for Monthly Plans or Partial Usage

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

monthly subscription fees, partial billing periods for monthly plans, unused time on monthly subscriptions, failure to use the Services, reduced usage, accidental purchases, or a change in your business needs or preferences.

6. Exceptional Refund Review

In limited cases, GETWAB may review a refund request on an exceptional basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

We may consider a refund request when there is clear evidence of:

duplicate billing, an incorrect charge caused directly by our billing system, or a material technical failure caused solely by our platform that prevented initial access to the purchased Service and was not resolved within a reasonable time.

Any refund determination is made by GETWAB in its reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, you must contact us first so we can review the issue.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account and Services. We reserve the right to present relevant billing, access, and account activity records in response to any dispute submitted to a payment provider or financial institution.

8. Service Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use, abuse of the Services, fraud concerns, security concerns, or failure to pay, you will not be entitled to a refund unless required by law.

9. Pricing Changes

We may change prices, subscription structures, or commercial terms prospectively. Any such change will apply to future billing cycles unless otherwise stated. Price changes do not create a right to a refund for prior purchases or prior billing periods.

10. How to Request a Refund Review

To request review of a billing issue or potential refund, please contact us with sufficient details to identify your account and the transaction in question.

Your request should include your account email address, the date of the charge, the amount charged, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Monthly charges are not refundable. Approved annual refunds are prorated based on unused full days remaining in the active annual term.
