PHASE II WILL FOCUS ON TRADE STUDIES AND INDEPENDENT ANALYSIS TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE FINDINGS, OBSERVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS AFFECT THE STIFFNESS PROPERTIES OF THE MODELS.
