IMPLEMENT MACROERGONOMICS AND HUMAN PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGY APPROACH TO DEVELOP AND TEST JOB AIDS THAT ARE COMPARABLE TO TSF FACILITY OPERATIONS. 4. VALIDATION OF THE PROPOSED JOB AIDS. 5. EVALUATE AND ANALYZE RESEARCH PROCESSES, INCLUDING DEVELOPING PROCESS MAPS DEPICTING INPUTS AND OUTPUTS OF SPECIFIC FACILITY OPERATION TASKS. 6. VALIDATION OF THE PROPOSED PROCESS MAPS. 7. REVIEW JOB AIDS AND RESEARCH PROCESS MAPS TO DETERMINE IMPLEMENTATION OF WORK PRACTICES TO INCREASE EFFICACY, EFFICIENCY, AND SAFETY. 8. DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF A HIGHER-LEVEL ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS. 9. DELIVERY OF A COMPLETED LIVING HANDBOOK FOR CODE TSF THAT ALLOWS FOR ADAPTING AND CHANGING NEEDS OF THE DIVISION AND ITS PROCESSES, GOALS, AND MISSION.
