TASK ORDER TO FACILITATE THE COMMITTEE ON RADIO FREQUENCIES (CORF) WHICH PROVIDES RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION (NASA) FROM SCIENTISTS AND ENGINEERS IN DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL AREAS ON SPECTRUM MANAGEMENT, RADIO ASTRONOMY, RADIO-FREQUENCY PROTECTION, OR EARTH REMOTE SENSING RESEARCH. THE CONTRACTOR WILL ORGANIZE MEETINGS OVERSEE THE DRAFTING, EDITING, AND REVIEW OF CORF DOCUMENTS AND COORDINATE THE WORK OF THE CORF AND NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES (NAS) CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSELS AND CONSULTANTS WITH NASA SPECTRUM MANAGERS. THE TASK ORDER ALLOWS FOR THE FORMATION AND PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL MEETINGS, ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL MEETINGS, AND WORKING GROUP RESEARCH ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MEETINGS OF THE URSI GENERAL ASSEMBLY, IGARSS (IEEE), AAS, AGU, AND WRC-2019).
